Regulated is a 12-week guided experience for women who want food freedom and sustainable weight loss through steadiness, nourishment, and care—rather than force or restriction.
This is not a diet, reset, or meal plan.
Regulated is for women who are tired of fighting themselves around food and are ready to understand hunger, nourishment, emotional eating, and repair in a way they can actually live with.
In this beta cohort, we focus on:
