Regulated is a 12-week guided weight-loss experience for women who want food freedom and sustainable weight loss through steadiness, nourishment, and care—rather than force or restriction.

This program supports both weight loss and long-term weight maintenance by helping the body feel safe enough to release weight and trust hunger and fullness again.

 

This is not a diet, reset, or meal plan.

 

 

Who Regulated is for

Regulated is for women who want to lose weight but are tired of fighting themselves around food—and are ready to understand hunger, nourishment, emotional eating, and repair in a way they can actually live with.

How Regulated works

In this beta cohort, we focus on:

  • calming the nervous system before changing eating behavior

  • learning hunger and fullness cues

  • nourishing the body consistently

  • responding to emotional eating with compassion

  • repairing instead of restricting

  • allowing weight change to follow safety and trust

 

This work is gentle, structured, and deeply practical—designed to support real life as it unfolds.

  • 12 weekly guided lessons- short weekly lessons that explain why food has felt hard and teach you how to respond to hunger, fullness, and stress in everyday situations.
  • Companion workbook- simple written prompts that help you notice what your body is asking for and practice responding without control, guilt, or second-guessing.
  • Guided eating framework- A clear way to decide when to eat, what to eat, and when to stop—without tracking, counting, or following rigid food rules.
  • Weekly Voxer Day- A dedicated day each week to ask questions and get support when food, emotions, or real-life situations come up.
  • Weekly group reflection space- A live teaching and Q&A where common questions are answered so you don’t feel alone or wonder if you’re doing this “wrong.”
  • 60-minute intake call- We talk through your history with food, your current challenges, and what your body needs most right now so you know exactly where to start.
  • 60-minute completion call- We review and celebrate the changes you have made over the 12 weeks and help you name what your body has learned so you can continue forward with confidence.​
