About Me

Many women arrive here longing to feel more grounded — in their bodies, their faith, and the life they’re living — but unsure where to begin.

I’ve been there too.

I’m Emily — a Christian life coach and homeschool mom of six — and my work has been shaped by years of learning how God meets us in the sacred ordinary of everyday life.

Over time, that love of movement evolved from a focus on performance to one of presence — noticing what’s happening, listening closely, and responding with care.
My work today is rooted in that same posture. I help women slow down, pay attention to what’s pulling at them, and reconnect with what God is already doing in their lives.

This isn’t about perfect habits or impressive routines. It’s about forming rhythms that honor God, respect the body, and fit real life.
I’ve been trained as a Life Mentoring School certified coach and hold a Master’s degree in Education, which has shaped how I guide change — patiently, thoughtfully, and from the inside out. I’m also certified through Holy Yoga and Revelation Wellness, communities that helped me see movement as a way of listening rather than striving.

At the heart of it all, I care deeply about helping women live with steadiness and trust — rooted in faith, attentive to their own stories, and confident that God is faithful to lead them, one step at a time.

Education

2000

Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies: Early Childhood Instruction emphasis

Northern Arizona University

Flagstaff, Arizona

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Northern Arizona University in 2000, with a focus on early childhood instruction. That foundation shaped my understanding of how people learn, grow, and change — work that informed my early years in the classroom and continues to influence how I guide women today.

2024

Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction

Eastern University

St. Davids, Pennsylvania

In December 2024, I completed my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern University. The path to finishing that degree was not linear. I began the program in early 2020 and made steady progress before the pandemic reshaped daily life and responsibilities. As our family moved fully into homeschooling, I paused my studies, trusting that God’s timing was still at work even when plans changed.

Several years later, with a clear window to finish, I returned to complete my remaining coursework while continuing to homeschool our children. That season required commitment, early mornings, and steady perseverance — and I finished grateful for the way God sustained the work.

My education continues to shape how I approach change and growth — with patience, thoughtful attention, and faithfulness over time.

Waiting Room

I’m a certified group fitness instructor through Revelation Wellness (Platoon 4). That training helped me shift how I relate to movement — away from obligation and toward gratitude.

Movement became less about what I should do and more about caring well for the body God has given, engaging physical life with joy and attention rather than pressure.

As a 200-hour Holy Yoga instructor, I create space for women to move and be still before God — just as they are.

This work isn’t about flexibility or form. It’s about slowing down, breathing deeply, and allowing the body to become a place of prayer and rest in God’s presence.

I’m a certified life coach through the Life Mentoring School, trained to help women notice what’s happening beneath the surface of daily life.

Rather than rushing to solutions, we pay attention to thoughts, patterns, and pressures, creating space for clarity, discernment, and faithful next steps rooted in truth.
